With the concept "Irresistibly attractive and seductive," designers Moet Enomoto & IKUE aspire to make shoes that will attract both women who actually wear the shoes as well as those who see them. The beauty of their work comes from the combination of dichotomies such as "Edge and Elegance," "Mode and Vintage" brought by the sisters of the same sensibilities yet of different perspectives. Moet and IKUE present high quality made-in-Japan shoes with the exceptional attention to forms, details and materials from Tokyo to the world.
専門学校、OLを経て、21歳で学習院女子大学に入学し国際文化学を専攻。大学３年生の時に２人の妹と共にブランドを立ち上げる。浅草の靴メーカーで１年半インターンを経験後、2006年に有限会社COCOROを設立し、2007年にSellenatela?をデビューさせる。
After studying at a vocational school and working in an office environment, Moet went back to school at the age of 21 and studied International Culture at Gakushu-in Women's University. In her junior year in college, she decided to start a line of shoes with her two younger sisters. Moet worked as an intern at a shoe manufacturer in Asakusa district of Tokyo for 1 and 1/2 years, and she thereafter founded COCORO LTD. in 2006 and kicked off Sellenatela? in 2007.
東京工芸大学でグラフィックデザインを専攻。榎本もえの誘いで大学４年生の時にSellenatela?の立ち上げに参画し、大学卒業後の2005年に渡米。サンフランシスコ州立大学デザイン学科へ入学し、その後もSellenatela?のディレクター／デザイナーとして活動。2010年、Industrial Designの修士号を取得し帰国する。
IKUE studied Graphic Design at Tokyo Polytechnic University, and she teamed up with Moet in her senior year to start Sellenatela?. After graduating from college in 2005, she moved to the U.S. to study Industrial Design at San Francisco State University. While IKUE has been working as a director / designer for Sellenatela?, she obtained a Master's degree in Industrial Art at SFSU and returned to Japan in 2010.
